Privacy and LGPD · Updated October 20, 2026
Scope and contact
This notice describes data processing related to the Perfil One institutional website and contacts initiated through its links. For information or requests concerning personal data, use igor@perfil.inf.br, with the subject “Privacy and personal data”. This is the institutional contact published on this website; it is not identified as a formally appointed data protection officer.
Perfil One is the group’s institutional identity on this website. The companies presented have their own operations; when contracting or starting a relationship with one of them, request the identity of the responsible legal entity and the notice applicable to that operation.
What data may be processed
- Browsing: technical information such as IP address, date and time, browser, and security logs may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to provide and protect the website.
- Voluntary contact: name, email address, telephone number, company, and any content you choose to send by email. The website has no registration form and does not receive email content before it is sent.
- Privacy preference: a local record that the notice has been read, as described in the Cookie Policy.
Purposes and legal bases
Submitted data is used to respond to inquiries, assess proposals, and conduct requested discussions. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on preliminary steps toward a contract at the data subject’s request, compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, the regular exercise of rights, or a duly assessed legitimate interest. Where consent is required, it must be specifically requested. Initial contact does not constitute general permission for marketing campaigns.
Access, providers, and group companies
Handling an inquiry may involve the people responsible and hosting and email providers, to the extent necessary. Presenting a company on this website does not authorize indiscriminate sharing of data among group companies. Any referral must consider the purpose of the contact, necessity, and the applicable legal basis.
Hosting and communication services may involve processing outside Brazil. International data transfers must comply with the applicable grounds and safeguards under the LGPD and ANPD regulations. External websites and email applications follow their own policies.
Retention and security
Retention must consider the purpose of the request, the relationship established, and legal and legal-defense obligations. No single retention period applies to all messages or technical logs. For details concerning your case, use the institutional contact. Avoid sending identity documents, sensitive data, or strategic information in your initial contact; submitting a proposal does not, by itself, create a confidentiality agreement.
Your rights
Under the LGPD and as applicable, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information on sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or irregular data, portability under applicable regulations, deletion of data processed with consent, and withdrawal of consent. You may also request information on the possibility of withholding consent and its consequences, object where permitted by law, and petition the ANPD.
Send your request to the contact above. Proportionate identity verification may be required to protect your data. Responses must follow applicable legal deadlines and conditions.
